By accessing and using Prepyx ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Prepyx provides an AI-powered interview preparation platform including mock interviews, resume building, question banks, and performance analytics. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3.1. You must create an account to use our services.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.4. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
3.5. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
4.1. Prepyx offers both free and premium subscription plans.
4.2. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis.
4.3. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.4. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
4.5. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5.1. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform (resumes, responses, profile information).
5.2. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.
5.3. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws.
5.4. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to:
7.1. All content on Prepyx, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the property of Prepyx or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
8.1. Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, feedback, and resume content.
8.2. AI-generated content is provided for educational and preparatory purposes only.
8.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
8.4. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in actual interviews or applications.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that using our services will result in job offers or interview success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
11.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
11.2. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
11.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
11.4. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
